Omnicom Group is seeking a highly motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize company scripts and guidelines to communicate effectively with customers - Document all interactions in the customer database accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance metrics - Adapt to changes in policies, procedures, and technology to provide the best possible service to customers
Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a must
