Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders - Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Scheduling appointments and coordinating with medical staff - Keeping accurate records of all interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to meet performance goals - Conducting analysis of call data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated individual - Passionate about providing exceptional service to others - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry - High school diploma or equivalent
