Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Sysco is looking for a resilient and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Processing orders and updating customer information in the database - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
