Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team at Synnex in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level staff member, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
