Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a passionate and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or obtain additional information - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide customers with product and service information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed daily call quotas and sales targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Creativity and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
