Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at NGL Energy Partners in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the company. 4. Maintain a high level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics set by the company, including call quality and customer satisfaction scores. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
