First American Financial is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. You will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will update customer information in the database, follow up on customer inquiries, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
To excel in this role, you must possess the following personality traits: energetic and resilient. Soft skills such as strategic planning and people management are also essential for success in this position.
