Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Old Republic International is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone interactions. This role requires individuals who are energetic, hardworking, possess leadership skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. 3. Maintain and update customer records accurately in the company database. 4. Follow company guidelines and protocols while communicating with clients. 5. Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company. 6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. 2. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection. 8. Energetic, hardworking, with leadership qualities and attention to detail.
