EMCOR Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 3. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance targets. 4. Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 7. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 5. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 7. High school diploma or equivalent education.
