Job Description:


MGM Resorts International is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about our resorts, amenities, and services - Assist customers with booking reservations, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Utilize CRM software to update customer information and track interactions - Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence


Requirements: - Independent and able to work effectively from a remote location - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent presentation skills for communicating information clearly and professionally - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
