Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling a high volume of calls, and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings - Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Confidence in handling a high volume of calls and challenging situations - Resilient mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure - Demonstrated leadership skills and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
