Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Call Center Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their accounts, transactions, and general inquiries - Listen actively to customers' concerns and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner - Process transactions, update customer information, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's database - Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and special promotions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed personal and team performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide the best possible service to customers


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and independent individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
