Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


CHS is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Specialist in our Canberra office. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Input and maintain customer information in the company database. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. 4. Proficient in computer applications and data entry. 5. Must be cooperative and have a positive attitude towards teamwork. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
