Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries or issues. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 3. Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations. 4. Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently. 5. Critical thinking skills and the ability to think on your feet. 6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
