Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident, and possesses strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, and address any customer inquiries or concerns. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving billing issues. 4. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible assistance to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
