Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Specialist to join our team at Scentre Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 3. Accurately input customer information and update records in the system. 4. Provide personalized support and guidance to customers based on their needs. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 7. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further concerns. 8. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy when dealing with sensitive customer situations. 9. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively. 10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 3. Demonstrated reliability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment. 4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations. 5. Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Knowledge of call center technology and software systems. 7. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. 8. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with peers.
