Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Prudential Financial is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. - Utilize project management skills to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to complex customer problems and thinking outside the box to exceed expectations. - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: - Driven and passionate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Experience in project management and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions. - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate different shifts on weekdays and weekends.
