Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at O’Reilly Automotive in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions. - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Utilize the company's CRM system to log all customer interactions and update account information. - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
