Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Call Center Specialist to join our team at Realogy Holdings in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with various real estate transactions and provide information on available properties. 3. Collaborate with colleagues from different locations to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service delivery. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. 5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases accordingly. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Drive business growth through proactive outreach and lead qualification.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a call center or customer service environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Driven and motivated personality traits, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. 4. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage projects efficiently. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide, fostering a global village mentality. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
