Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Sonic Healthcare in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns - Utilize negotiation skills to address customer inquiries and find suitable solutions - Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Contribute to the overall success of the support team by meeting performance goals and targets - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Driven and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism - Strong planning and negotiation skills to effectively manage workload and resolve customer inquiries - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer support tools - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
