Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a motivated and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues or concerns. 2. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and professional responses. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide seamless support to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our chat system. 5. Assist with project management tasks related to improving chat support processes and systems. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adapt to changing work demands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask while chatting with customers. 3. Strong adaptability and project management skills to handle various customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously. 4. Resourceful mindset to find solutions to customer issues and provide exceptional support. 5. Motivated attitude to meet and exceed customer service goals. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
