Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

NEXTDC is seeking a confident and dedicated Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platform. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via chat to provide timely and accurate support - Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate as needed, and follow up to ensure resolution - Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and billing - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Innovation and planning skills to adapt to changing customer needs - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and concerns
