Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, possess strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues. 2. Monitor chat queues and respond to incoming messages in a timely manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software. 5. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
