Job Description:

Jarden is looking for a passionate and independent Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions to maintain accurate records - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using chat support software and other communication tools
