Job Description - Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


As a Chat Support Assistant at Humana in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online chat platforms. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all interactions and resolutions in a timely manner - Identify trends and provide feedback to improve customer service processes
