Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description: Kindred Healthcare is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing remote chat support to our customers, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer chats in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for customer support - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and customer service software - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
