Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and energetic Chat Support Manager to join the McDonald's team in Perth, Western Australia. As the Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and positive experience when interacting with our brand online.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in chat support management - Represent McDonald's in a professional and positive manner in all customer interactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a chat support management role - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in chat support tools and systems - Experience working in the food service industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
