Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive in Brisbane, Queensland on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service and chat support management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of remote chat support agents to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve overall chat support operations and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management to enhance team performance.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and chat support management. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively lead a remote team. 3. Proven track record of strategic planning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resilient and dedicated mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using chat support tools and platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
