Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at CIMIC Group in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support agents 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a chat support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service 5. Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess chat support performance and identify areas for improvement
