Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Wesfarmers is seeking a dedicated Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience, who are confident in their abilities to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service through chat support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of chat support operations. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in chat support management or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proven track record of successful team leadership and customer service. 5. High level of innovation and persuasion skills. 6. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
