Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Harley-Davidson. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring high-quality customer service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. 2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 3. Implement and maintain chat support best practices to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze chat support metrics and provide regular reports to management on team performance. 6. Develop and implement training programs for chat support team members on product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve chat support operations. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support. 2. Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong people management and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
