Job Description:
Progressive is currently seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat support conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Develop and implement chat support procedures and protocols - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies in chat support - Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Proficient in chat support software and technology - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
