As a Chat Support Manager at ConocoPhillips, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support specialists who provide customer service and technical assistance through online chat platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support specialists, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards - Analyze chat support metrics and develop strategies for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Drive team performance and productivity through effective leadership and motivation techniques - Contribute to the development and implementation of chat support processes and procedures - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role - Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
