Job Description:

Avon Products is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. As a Remote Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally through online chat - Assisting customers with product information, order status, and account management - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Continuously improving knowledge of products and services offered by Avon Products

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in written communication and typing speed - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
