Job Description:


Chesapeake Energy is seeking a motivated and dedicated Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
