Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a dynamic and energetic Chat Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat channels. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify trends and provide feedback to improve customer service processes - Uphold the Ralph Lauren brand image and values in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Strong leadership and people management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written communication skills - Familiarity with customer service software and chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
