Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Representative to join our team at Star Entertainment Group in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately via live chat. 2. Provide technical support to customers using our products and services. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Use research and planning skills to find solutions to customer problems. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research and planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Resourceful and dedicated approach to problem-solving. 7. Experience with live chat software is a plus.
