Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Brambles Limited. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support remotely. This part-time position is based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns or issues 3. Assist customers with product recommendations, orders, and account inquiries 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times 7. Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or chat support 2. Strong project management and time management skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
