Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a motivated and hardworking Chat Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and assistance in a timely manner - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Conducting research to find solutions to customer concerns and complaints - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Must be motivated, hardworking, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
