Chat Support Representative

Universal Health Services is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Work independently to handle customer concerns and escalations - Demonstrate leadership skills to guide customers through complex issues - Use persuasion techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to create a positive work environment

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and persuade others - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
