Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is currently seeking a detail-oriented and independent Chat Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our chat support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and computer systems - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively - Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
