Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Pushpay is looking for a dedicated and motivated Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 3. Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams and following up with customers as needed. 4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present information. 2. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Must be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. 4. Motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 5. No prior experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
