Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Charter Communications in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. This is a part-time position where you will be responsible for providing chat support to customers remotely.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat support - Providing technical support for internet, TV, and phone services - Assisting customers with billing inquiries and account management - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when needed - Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of chat support platforms - Familiarity with Charter Communications services is a plus
