Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

AmerisourceBergen is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide solutions - Adapt to changing situations and customer demands to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive support for customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes - Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to service level agreements

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Adaptability to changing situations and customer needs - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software - A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
