Job Description:

Sonic Healthcare is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Chat Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolutions via chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer service delivery - Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and multitasking - High school diploma or equivalent
