Job Description - Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Myer, a leading retailer in Australia, is seeking a Chat Support Representative to work from home in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and targets. 7. Utilize project management skills to handle multiple chats at once. 8. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.


Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated individual who can work efficiently from a home office. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and performance targets. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 6. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
