Job description:
We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at PPL in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through live chat, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems - Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or similar role - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
