Chat Support Specialist

As a Chat Support Specialist at Interpublic Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot issues - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly resolve complex customer issues - Assist in project management tasks related to improving chat support processes - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming and helpful environment for customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated experience in providing customer support via chat or other online platforms - Proficiency in using chat software and other relevant technologies - Energetic personality and strong work ethic - Critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Project management experience preferred
