Job Description:
Macquarie Group is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat communication, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and exceeding customer expectations. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve customer problems effectively. 4. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for improved efficiency. 5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Document customer interactions and follow-up as needed to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. 7. Assist in the development and improvement of chat support processes to enhance customer service delivery. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Resilient and hardworking with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and online communication tools. 7. Experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not required.
