Remote Chat Support Specialist

Harley-Davidson is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, order processing, and follow-up communication - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently - Research and stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services - Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide excellent customer service

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience using chat support software is a plus
